PRODUCTION TIMELINES
All our products are made-to-order. This means your item(s) are made just for you! Kindly allow our team the following timelines to produce the designs. Product pages provide individual production timelines for each design. Please plan your purchase accordingly.
Small Accessories: Approx. 1-2 weeks
Knit Shirts: Approx. 2-3 weeks
Jackets, Tailored Shirts, Pants & Bags: Approx. 3-4 weeks
Coats: Approx. 5-6 weeks
Denim Rewind Collection: Ready to ship within 1-2 business days
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are processed 1-2 business days after production is completed. Please note if you have more than one item in your order, we will ship all items at the same time regardless of the difference in production timelines. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is ready to ship.
September Archive ships via Canada Post, Chit Chats and UPS. We ship tracked and insured packages. Shipping has a significant environmental impact, but it is a necessity in our business. We are trying our best to only offer options with more carbon neutral shipping. Thank you for your support!
SHIPPING IN CANADA
Free Standard shipping (3-9 business days) is available for all orders over $250 CAD before taxes in Canada only.
Available shipping rates are calculated at time of check out based on order weight and location. Standard shipping (3-9 business days) rates are available depending on item(s) weight as follows:
Under 2kg - $14.90 CAD
Over 2kg - $21.90 CAD
Express Shipping (1-2 business days) rate is available at $21.90 CAD for all orders up to 2kg.
SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
Free Standard shipping (3-9 business days) is available for all orders over $350 CAD before taxes to the United States only.
Available shipping rates are calculated at time of check out based on order weight and location. Standard International shipping (4-8 business days) rates are available depending on item(s) weight as follows:
Under 0.5kg - $7.90 CAD
0.5kg to 1.5kg - $19.90 CAD
Over 1.5kg - $29.90 CAD
Express International shipping (2-3 business days) rate is available at $34.90 CAD for all orders up to 1.5kg.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping rates are based on weight, dimensions and location. Available options are provided during check out. If your country is not on our shipping list, please contact us at hello@septemberarchive.com to arrange a custom order.
USA & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – TAXES AND DUTIES
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary from country to country. Please consult your country’s customs office for an accurate estimate. All international packages are subject to possible customs delays.
