All our products are made-to-order and our Denim Rewind Collection products are one-of-one designs. Made-to-order means your item(s) are made just for you! Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on any of our products. Please double check the detailed fit and size guides provided for each product. If you have any questions before purchasing please contact us at hello@septemberarchive.com. 

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Each of our designs are made and packaged with care. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at hello@septemberarchive.com

EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange a product for a different size, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order at hello@septemberarchive.com to begin the process. Do not send the item back until we have approved your exchange. Returned items must arrive back at the September Archive studio within 14 days of approval for exchange. All returns must be in 100% new condition, unworn with all original tags in place. Please ensure the item(s) are packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. Please indicate "Return of Goods- No Sale" for international returns. The shipping costs of the item(s) are the responsibility of the customer.

Any Limited Edition products or items in our Denim Rewind Collection are not valid for an exchange or refund.
